Who we are

Wedding Weather Score is operated by [Controller name], [address], [email]. We are the data controller for the information described below.

What we collect

• First name and last name
• Wedding date
• Location (city, region, country, and the coordinates returned by the geocoder)
• Email address — only if you explicitly opt in
• Timestamp of your consent and of your submission

Why we collect it

To compute and display your Weather Score. The legal basis is your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Processors

• Vercel — hosting
• Supabase — database, EU region
• Open-Meteo — weather and geocoding lookups (we send coordinates and the search query only — never your name or email)

Retention

Submissions are automatically deleted after 12 months. If you provided your email, we keep it until you ask us to remove it.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Use the data request form or email [privacy@example.com].

Cookies

We do not use analytics, marketing, or tracking cookies. Only strictly necessary technical cookies are set by the hosting platform when needed for the site to function.
